Meet Kennedy Taylor
Business Psychologist
With extensive training and experience in counselling, mental health, and business psychology, I have been dedicated to helping individuals in need or crisis for several years.
Since 2019, I have provided support to individuals through face-to-face interactions, virtual sessions, and phone calls. Additionally, I have been committed to supporting men currently serving in prison, offering them guidance and emotional support during challenging times.
With over 20 years’ experience as a senior leader in fast-paced, constantly evolving industries, I’ve spent my career navigating complexity, driving change, and supporting others through periods of uncertainty and transformation. Leading large teams and managing high-pressure environments has taught me how to stay grounded, adaptable, and resilient—all skills that translate directly into helping others find clarity and confidence in their own journeys. I’ve seen firsthand how people thrive when given the right guidance and space to grow, and I bring this insight into every conversation, helping individuals navigate challenges, embrace change, and move forward with purpose.
I am a member of the Association of Business Psychology.
